Following the initial consultation we shall follow your brief and produce a detailed timeline and budget breakdown of your requirements. We can manage as much or as little as you want.


  • THE FULL WEDDING SERVICES package

    With full planning, we will be there from your first supplier selection to when the last guest departs, to make sure it’s the day you have dreamt about. As your partner in planning, we will recruit the ideal mix of suppliers, provide you with expert advice, imaginative ideas and orchestrate all the logistical details.

    In this package you will have:

    • Unlimited consultations, emails and phone calls throughout the planning process
    • Preparation of a customised wedding budget
    • Preparation of a customised monthly task list and checklists
    • Development of a customised planning notebook to help keep you organized
    • Assistance with the selection of and negotiation on ceremony and reception venues
    • Attend appropriate supplier meetings to assist you with ideas, suggestions and answers
    • Assistance with the concept creation of floral, linen and tabletop design
    • Assistance with the selection and negotiation of suppliers’ contracts –including cake designer, caterer, florist, photographer, printer, videographer, musicians, etc.
    • Our team team will assist with all wedding stationary needs: etiquette, design, ordering, proofing, and overseeing the print process (Save-the-date cards, invitations, ceremony programmes, maps, etc.) Each couple is responsible for enclosing, postage and mailing, unless otherwise arranged and fees applied.
    • Devising of processional and recessional order
    • Development of ceremony and reception timelines
    • Direction and coordination of wedding and reception activities on wedding day.

  • THE STYLE/EVENT DESIGN package

    We aren’t just designers – we’re storytellers. We offer assistance in selecting your florals, linen,china, flatware, glassware, chairs, tables, lighting, tenting and beyond! If you have diverse tastes and stumped on how to pull it all together or simply need someone to help draw out your inner event style, we can definitely help you.

    • We attend an event space walk-through to assist with space planning, set-up and décor
    • We work closely with the florist to create the overall feel through the type of flowers and colours chosen, containers, vases, candles, etc.
    • We assist with choosing the rental items/linens to evoke the desired style
    • We help recommend invitation and paper item design for items such as place cards, escort cards, and signs, and a unique way to present them
    • We help choose favours or other special pieces to incorporate into the event design
    • We put great care and attention into creating the perfect mix of details using beautiful elements such as textured fabrics, local products, and scents to leave a lasting impression

  • THE DAY-OF-WEDDING COORDINATION package

    These services begin with an initial consultation with the client to discuss the overall vision of the wedding. Then we starts to provide coordination services six weeks prior to the wedding, so you can relax in the days leading up to your wedding. We develop a detailed wedding-day timeline, as well as confirm and coordinate all supplier services in the weeks prior to the wedding date. KN events manages and coordinates the wedding-day events, including the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.

    In this package you will have:

    • In-depth consultation 6-8 weeks before your wedding day
    •  The creation of a comprehensive timeline from the start of your wedding day until the last guest leaves
    • Triple confirmation of suppliers so nothing is left to chance: 1 month, 1 week & 1 day before
    •  Comprehensive day-of coordination with Senior Planner and Assistant
    • Act as command centre for the entire day
    • Ensure suppliers have arrived on time, and intervene if they are arriving late
    • Supplier assistance and direction with load-in and break-down
    •  Set up special-event decor items including favours, escort cards, placing menus, guest book, etc.
    • Confirm that your event decor has been created to your specifications
    • Work with the venue to ensure a smooth transition between ceremony, cocktail hour & reception
    • Ensure bridal party runs on schedule and assist with an on-time start
    • Orchestrate ceremony line-up and introduction of couple into reception
    • Disbursement of all supplier gratuities and final payments
    • Your planners on-site for 8 hours (additional time available upon request)

    In this package our planning expertise provides you with:

    • Full-service wedding coordination during the planning process and the weekend of the event
    • Selection of the perfect destination that fits the needs of the client and their guests
    • Negotiation of group rates for you and your guests
    • Design and creation of all printed materials and stationary products
    • Creation of personal wedding website to allow guests to be informed of wedding details, wedding itinerary, registries, hotel arrangements and more
